The Team is led by:

Peter Eales BA Hons, FCIM, FIDM – Director
Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), SE Region Board Deputy Chair, Wessex Team Member. Fellow of the Institute of Direct Marketing (IDM). A plc level Marketing Director and Chartered marketer. Marketing Director of Neopost plc (part of Alcatel worldwide group). Marketing Manager at Pitney Bowes plc the U.S. giant and European marketing manager. Chairman at the Federation of Electronic Equipment (FEI). Assistant Marketing Director at Lloyds Abbey Life before setting up a consultancy Outsource In Ltd in 1997. Peter also help set up and fund KioskPoint Ltd (he was MD). Peter is also Head of Marketing for TCM Limited leaders in workplace mediation.

Sarah Clements BA Hons, MIPD Customer and HR Director
Experience includes: BOC Datasolve Limited followed by working for a number of cosmetic international companies including Charles of the Ritz, Yves St Laurent,  Gianni Versace, Estee Lauder, Clinique and Aramis.  Further cross industry experience was gained at Alexander Howden Insurance plc and running the Personnel at CH Pearce Ltd.

Alan Clements CBE
Our Chairman, has a distinguished business background. He joined ICI in 1956 eventually becoming Worldwide Group Finance Director. As well as serving on the main ICI Board, Alan served on several other boards: Chairman of David S Smith Holdings; Trafalgar House (Chairman); Mirror Group Newspapers plc (Deputy Chairman); Cable and Wireless; Granada; Brent Walker plc; and Guinness Mahon Holdings plc. Alan was founder President of The Association of Corporate Treasurers and was also a lay member of the Stock Exchange 1984-88.
